The international development of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) is a specialism of John Baguley. Following his work as Director of International Fundraising for Amnesty, he has undertaken extensive research into the management of NGOs' international growth.

This unique knowledge is now available through consultancy for those organisations with overseas branches and/or partners who wish to strengthen their management processes and increase their global reach, whilst retaining the quality of their programmes and purity of mission.

We understand the tensions between branches and head offices, instituting key management and leadership practices to create positive relationships and shared goals.
