IFC Communications is led by Norma Johnston, whose formidable experience includes organising the WHO's African Summit on Roll Back Malaria, attended by 19 Presidents, and founding the communications Department at Amnesty International UK.
The team includes Kevin Baughen who for for over 15 years has helped a wide range of charity, voluntary and commercial organisations to create, develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies.
Recently the team has also been joined by Beverley Bathija, who has 20 years Communications experience with multinational advertising agencies and, in recent years, international development creating HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care social marketing and behaviour change campaigns on USAID funded projects in Bangladesh and Guyana.
