IFC charges a complete rate for any individual project or a monthly retainer. We can also quote a daily or monthly rate depending on the likely duration of the contract.
We do not work on commission.
Expenses may be charged at cost for travel, food and accommodation when working outside London. Expenses are not usually charged within the Greater London area.
Overseas travel is charged at cost, long-haul flights are taken business class and per diem rates are charged at the current UN or EU rate for the country concerned. For overseas work of five or more days, there is no charge made for the time of travel to and from country.
Work is invoiced monthly or on completion and payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice.
IFC is registered for VAT and all invoices for work in the UK include VAT at the current rate.
