Full Fundraising Strategy
IFC worked with the Institute of Physics to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy, to support their Einstein Year programme, an initiative to raise interest in Physics throughout the UK.
The project involved working with different departmental managers within the Institute to identify projects needing support and to develop an appropriate Case for Support. We carried out research into various funding streams including potential major donors, trusts and foundations and explored corporate sponsorship opportunities. The organisation was then provided with a comprehensive strategy, outlining a plan to raise funding from each of these sources. This strategy provided the guidance in preparation for the recruitment of an in-house Fundraising Manager.
