Norma has 15 years experience in NGO including Communications Director roles for Plan International and Amnesty International UK. As part of Plan’s International Management Team she led operations in 45 developing countries. She has also advised the WHO on its Roll Back Malaria campaign, been Chief Executive of the Ramblers’ Association, and is on the Governing Council of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
