Natalie Keen

 

Natalie is a highly experienced and very successful Sales Manager who now offers sales training for fundraisers and fundraising teams. Through a programme of part-seminar, part hands-on experiential training Natalie transforms individuals and teams, giving them the confidence to raise large sums and help donors come to “Yes”.

 

In her last position Natalie managed a large team of sales people selling creative imagery to key design and creative agencies, the target being to generate some £3m per quarter. By focussing on targeted individual goals, strong key performance indicators, both individual and team sales training and continually generating new ideas and ways of targeting the clients, the team came to be seen as the flagship team for the UK with the strongest sales people.

 

In 2009 Natalie began her Third Sector career training the Medical Foundation for Care of Victims of Torture’s fundraising team in London.
